The Daniel Plan: 40 Days to a Healthier Life (1st Meeting)

The Daniel Plan is an approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle based on faith, food, fitness, focus and family, to help you achieve your goals in a supportive environment.   We will meet on Sunday evenings from 5-7pm at the church for six weekly sessions, beginning January 13.  Feel free to invite your friends to join you.  If you have any questions, please reach out to the instructor/trainer at brianaroehling@hotmail.com
