The Daniel Plan: 40 Days to a Healthier Life
As 2019 draws near, many people will be setting New Year’s Resolutions to eat better and start exercising. Unfortunately, by the end of January, many of those same people will have already abandoned those resolutions.
If this sounds familiar and if you want 2019 to be the year you get healthy, join me starting January 13th for a six-week study based on The Daniel Plan. The Daniel Plan is an approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle based on faith, food, fitness, focus and family. We will work through the program to find small changes that can be implemented to help you achieve your goals and we will do so in a supportive environment.
